Dr. Hayter has worked as an expert witness for businesses, law firms, insurance companies, government departments, educational institutions, and non-profits.

Dr. Hayter works for both plaintiff and defense attorneys.

Dr. Hayter has been admitted as an expert witness in the areas of statistics and mathematics in the United States.
